Now Hiring: Stand-Up Forklift Operators Needed!

Pay: $16.80/hr
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm with mandatory overtime/have to be open to Saturdays

The Lee Group is seeking skilled/experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for our client in Chesapeake, VA. As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving products and supplies around the warehouse, and performing various other duties as assigned on a Stand-Up Forklift. The ideal candidate must have previous forklift operation experience, specifically on a Stand-Up Forklift, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of a Stand-Up Forklift Operator:
•Operate forklift safely and efficiently
•Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
•Move products and materials around the warehouse as needed
•Maintain accurate inventory records
•Maintain a clean and safe work area
•Follow all safety protocols and procedures
•Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements of a Stand-Up Forklift Operator:

•High School diploma or equivalent
•Minimum of 4-10 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting
•Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
•Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
