Position Overview As a remote Marketing Assistant, you'll work approximately 10-20 hours per week supporting our community outreach and social media initiatives. This role involves networking, attending events, and planning activities to strengthen our presence and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities - Attend virtual and in-person networking groups to build professional connections and generate leads.
- Plan, attend, and assist in organizing community events to increase our agency's visibility.
- Support live lead generation through outreach and community engagement.
- Collaborate on social media content that reflects the agency's brand and engages with our community.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
- Track and report on outreach efforts and results.
Qualifications - Experience in marketing, networking, or community engagement.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in social media platforms and online event planning.
- Resides in the Staten Island, NY or Bayonne, NJ area (must be available to attend occasional local events).
Compensation - $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience.
