Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Assignment Overview

• Position: RN Educator – Family Birthplace Unit (C-Section Circulator Focus)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Location: Berkshire Health System – Massachusetts
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• On-Call: None
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend + holiday rotation
• Orientation: 8 hrs non-billable
• OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Educate staff on OR Circulation for C-Sections
• Function as a clinical expert and resource in perinatal nursing
• Must have high proficiency in Circulate roles for C-Sections
• Straight L&D experience without Circulate knowledge will NOT be considered

🔹 Requirements

• Experience:
  • 3+ years current RN Educator experience in Perinatal field – REQUIRED
  • Experience educating circulating in OR for C-sections – REQUIRED
  • Meditech Expanse experience – Strongly preferred
• Education:
  • BSN or higher – REQUIRED
• Certifications (MUST be in hand at submission – no pending):
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • NRP
• License:
  • Massachusetts RN license – Active
  • Your agency's Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License – REQUIRED

  • 1 signed supervisory reference (from within last 2 years)
  • Relevant, up-to-date skills checklist
  • Traveler permanent address (must be 50+ miles from facility)
  • COVID vaccination (dose on or after 10/3/23) OR exemption form
  • Candidate must have own vehicle

🔹 Other Notes

• NO more than 3 days RTO allowed (must be submitted upfront; none accepted after upload)
• Two specific interview time slots required on profile
  • “Anytime” is not acceptable
• COVID-vaccinated travelers must upload proof
  • If exempted, masks must be worn onsite
