Your Role: Essential Functions

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assist patients with intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
• Create individualized treatment plans and conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
• Monitor patient activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in community relations activities and staff meetings.
• Actively engage in preparation for surveys and inspections.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience: While experience in the substance abuse field is preferred, it is not mandatory. A minimum of 500 hours in the field is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable.
  • Basic mathematics skills.
